Sebastian Hoff

Sebastian Hoff completed his studies in business administration at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, USA in 2006. As part of a management program, he completed post-graduate courses at the Kellogg Northwestern School of Management and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Sebastian Hoff passed on his specialist and practical knowledge at courses at the LUISS Business School in Rome and at events at Northwood University Michigan, USA.

Sebastian Hoff began his career in the finance department of an infrastructure provider for mobile networks before moving to the industry’s own strategy consultancy. He was then responsible for business development in the African and Middle Eastern markets before taking over key account management for one of the largest mobile network providers.

He moved to IKA Industrie- und Kraftfahrzeugausrüstung as Head of Sales in 2016 and was appointed to the Management Board by the company in 2018.

As a board member and ambassador for the industry initiative TALENTS4AA, Sebastian Hoff is involved in promoting and recruiting young talent in the automotive aftermarket.
