Automotive spare parts for professionals. GEBE products are tested in the laboratory and workshop. They are manufactured on automated production lines in accordance with IATF 16949, ecological guidelines and the latest software.

Personal and based on partnership. With our technical support, we offer our customers competent contacts for technical questions and experts for individual product training at any time.

It’s the result that counts. Together with mechatronics engineers from our workshop test centers, we develop successful repair solutions for the free market in our own GEBE test laboratory in Königswinter.

For this reason, we work closely with partner workshops and GEBE test centers to discuss spare parts requirements and challenges during installation and removal. With this valuable feedback, our technical department develops solutions for the independent aftermarket that meet the needs of the market.

Through our workshop community, we are in constant contact with users and learn from concrete examples from the field where the shoe pinches when screwing.

This enables us to expand our range of products, services and training courses to meet specific needs.

Support

We actively support the trade in the successful marketing of GEBE spare parts. To this end, we provide our partners with competent contacts in all relevant functional areas:

  • Our product management team carries out product range and gap analyses and supplies reference and vehicle data according to customer specifications.
  • Our technical team is available to trade partners and their customers Monday-Friday from 8:00-17:00. Our experienced technicians answer questions about reliable parts identification, vehicle manufacturer replacement chains, fault patterns and environmental phenomena as well as the installation of our products.
  • We process returns and complaints quickly and professionally in a spirit of partnership. Our inspection and test laboratory enables us to react quickly to technical assessments.
  • With our central warehouse in Königswinter, we ensure high availability and delivery reliability for the various delivery intervals of our customers. With our own logistics, we can handle high volumes in international drop shipments just as efficiently as express shipping or drop shipment.
  • Our technical sales team actively supports your field service on site or directly at the customer’s premises. We impart specialist knowledge with training courses or at workshop regulars’ tables and are at the side of our trade partners at trade fairs and exhibitions with qualified personnel.

Marketing

A creative and dedicated marketing team supports you in the successful marketing of GEBE products.

Our retail partners have access to an extensive media library of multilingual product information (online/print), which we personalize for each customer.

As part of integrated partner communication, we combine our online and offline reach through a joint media presence and implement targeted campaigns together.
